What data we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools, and fonts are served from our own server. We only collect data when you complete the pre-assessment: name, WhatsApp number, city, age range, biological sex, goals, training routine and, if you choose to share them, health conditions.

How we use it

We use this data only to understand your situation, contact you on WhatsApp and recommend the most suitable coaching format. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

We process your data based on the consent you give when submitting the pre-assessment. Health data is processed based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it is stored

Your answers are recorded in a Google spreadsheet (Google Workspace), which acts as our storage provider, and in the WhatsApp conversation with our team. This may involve international data transfers, protected by these providers’ contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while there is an active coaching relationship or interest in starting one. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability, or withdraw your consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +55 83 99943-9728. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
